We are excited to announce that OK Wallet now offers the Cash-Out feature from Mutual Trust Bank ATMs through OK Wallet. This enhancement empowers customers to seamlessly withdraw funds through their personal OK Wallet App or USSD, ensuring a rapid, secure, and convenient procedure for accessing funds at any given time and location.

How to Cash-out from OK Wallet USSD:
  • Dial *269# for OK Wallet USSD Menu
  • Type ''4'' for Cash-out Option.
  • Again type ''4'' for Mutual Trust Bank ATM option
  • Type ''1'' for main balance and ''2'' for Salary Balance
  • Enter Amount and OK Wallet PIN for ATM cash-out request.
  • In a confirmation SMS customer will receive OTP. Visit the nearest Mutual Trust Bank ATM Booth within 5 minutes.

How to Cash-out from OK Wallet App:
  • Login to OK Wallet mobile App
  • Tap on Cash-Out
  • Tap on Mutual Trust Bank ATM
  • Select Main Balance or Salary Balance Account
  • Input Amount, PIN and Tap on NEXT icon.
  • In a confirmation page, check cash-out amount and Tap on CONFIRM icon to request ATM Cash Out.
  • Customers will receive OTP via SMS. Visit the nearest Mutual Trust Bank ATM Booth within 5 minutes.

How to Cash-out from MTB ATM:
  • Select Cashless Transaction from Mutual Trust Bank ATM Screen,
  • Select OK Wallet on the MTB ATM Screen,
  • Enter your OK Wallet Number and press the Correct option,
  • Enter the exact same Amount you have prompted to Cash-Out from OK Wallet. Press the Correct option.
  • Enter the OTP you have received from OK Wallet. Select Correct option.
  • You will receive a message confirming that your transaction has been successful.
  • As the last step please receive the Cash-Out Amount and Receipt from Mutual Trust Bank ATM.

N.B:
  • 1% of the Transaction amount (Including VAT) for OK General Customer and OBL Employees and BDT 18.00 for each Transaction (Including VAT) for OK Payroll customer.
  • The minimum and maximum number of transactions is 5 times a day and 20 times per month.
  • Minimum and Maximum limit for cash out at ATM
    - OK General Customer and OBL Employees
    • Minimum transaction limit TK 3000 and maximum is TK 25000
    - OK Payroll customer
    • Minimum transaction limit TK 500 and maximum is TK 25000.
  • Each OTP will remain valid for maximum 5 minutes.
