For Add Money from Mutual Trust Bank Account customers need MTB Smart Banking’ and MTB Internet Banking Platform. For transfer money customers need to download OK Wallet App only. These shared features of Mutual Trust Bank Account and OK Wallet are aimed to assist customer experience to transfer and reload electronic money effortlessly. This service will save time as well as make add money and money transfer process smooth and convenient for OK Wallet users.

How to Add Money to OK Wallet through MTB Smart Banking App:
  • Login to MTB Smart Banking App with User ID and Password.
  • Add OK Wallet Beneficiary
  • Tap on MFS Transfer option from Home Menu or go to previously saved Beneficiary List and choose OK Wallet number for fund transfer.
  • Tap on Tansfer From and select desired MTB Account.
  • Available Balance amount will be shown automatically.
  • Tap on Transfer To and choose Beneficiary.
  • Enter desired Transfer Amount.
  • Write Remarks and Tap on Transfer.
  • Input OTP received via SMS and press Confirm to complete fund transfer process to OK Wallet.
  • Money will be transferred to OK Wallet account instantly and Customer will receive OK Wallet system generated SMS regarding successful transaction.

How to Add Money to OK Wallet through MTB Internet Banking Platform:
  • Login to MTB Internet Banking with User ID and Password.
  • Add OK Wallet Beneficiary
  • Select Transfer to OK Wallet from the menu.
  • Select desired MTB Customer Account No. under Transfer From field.
  • Select Beneficiary from the dropdown list and other information will be automatically fetched under Transfer To field.
  • Enter Transfer Amount, Remarks and select Transfer.
  • Review transfer details and click Confirm.
  • Input verification PIN/OTP and click on Verify to complete fund transfer process to OK Wallet
  • Money will be transferred to Customer’s OK Wallet in real time and Customer will receive OK Wallet system generated SMS regarding successful transaction.
  • User can also review OK Wallet Transfer History from respective Menu.

How to Transfer money to MTB Account through OK Wallet:
  • Login to OK Wallet App and tap on Transfer menu from App home screen.
  • Choose OK to Mutual Trust Bank Account from Money Transfer
  • Enter MTB A/C Number, MTB A/C Name (as per Mutual Trust Bank Account Name), Amount and PIN.
  • Tap on Next and then Customer will get to view a Transaction Detailed page.
  • Tap on Confirm for successful transaction. Customer will receive system generated SMS regarding successful transaction.


Service charges:
  • Add Money from MTB Account - No Service Charge is applicable for the OK Wallet Users for Adding Money from Mutual Trust Bank account.
  • Transfer Money to MTB Account - 1% charge on transaction amount is applicable for Money Transfer to Mutual Trust Bank account using OK Wallet App.
