OK Wallet enables e-Mutation fee payment for customers. OK Wallet customers can pay Land Mutation fee through their personal OK Wallet account, Agent points and also from any nearby branches of ONE Bank Limited. After payment through OK Wallet, the e-mutation fee will be automatically listed in favor of their property. This digital payment is more transparent and hassle-free and there is no need for customers to visit the land office physically.
Procedure to pay e-Mutation Fee through OK Wallet:
N.B: 1% of
the transaction amount (Minimum BDT 5 or Maximum BDT 25) as service charge
will be imposed upon OK Wallet Customers and payment will be updated within
real time after successful transaction.
